Schooling context of students with deficiency in the amazon riverside region

Resumo: | The investigation analyzed the context of schooling of students with disabilities in the Amazon riverside region, in the elementary school stage, looking forward to identifying the target audience studentsof Special Education in the public municipal education, the support offered and the challenges concerning the observance of the national inclusion policy. The method is quantitative/qualitative, descriptive, configured as documentary research, adopting hermeneutics as an analytical perspective. The data gathering was made through information from the Department of Education and present in the Integrated Educational Management System of Amazonas, and has incorporateddocuments such as student enrollment and teacher, pedagogical political project and reports on educational activities. The results indicate that students with disabilities are assisted in regular schools and in Associations of Parents and Friends of the Disabled,exposing inequality of resources and differences in the concept of inclusive school. The restricted number of professionals who work in Specialized Educational Assistence and in the pedagogical team indicates difficulties in orientation to teachers and affects the students' learning possibilities. It is pointed out that the cultural and territorial dimensions present in the Amazonian riverside region must be considered by the educational municipal network´s special, in the direction of warranting a school for all. |

El método es cuali y cuantativo, descriptivo, configurándose como una investigación documental, que adopta la hermenéutica como perspectiva analítica. La recolección de datos, a través de informaciones provenientes de la Secretaría de Educación y enel Sistema Integrado de Gestión Educativa de Amazonas incluye normativas institucionales, incluyó documentos como asignación de matrículas discentes y docentes, proyecto político pedagógico e informes de lasactividades educativas. Los resultados indican que los estudiantes con discapacidades son atendidos en escuelas regulares y en la Asociación de Padres y Amigos de los Excepcionales, lo que manifiesta desigualdad de recursos y apoyos recebidos. El número limitado de profesionales que actúanen la Atención Educacional Especializada y en el equipo pedagógico señala dificultades en el acompañamiento de profesores y repercute en las posibilidades de aprendizaje de los alumnos. Es evidente que las dimensiones culturales y territoriales presentes en la región ribereña de Amazonia necesitan considerarse por la política de educación especial de la red municipal, para garantizar una escuela para todos.A investigação analisou o contexto da escolarização de alunos com deficiência na região ribeirinha amazônica, na etapa do ensino fundamental, buscando identificar os alunos público-alvo da educação especial no ensino municipal público, os apoios oferecidos e os desafios relativos à observância da política nacional de inclusão. O método é quanti/qualitativo, descritivo, configurando-se como pesquisa documental, adotando a hermenêutica como perspectiva analítica. A coleta de dados, através de informações oriundas da Secretaria de Educação e do Sistema Integrado de Gestão Educacional do Amazonas, contemplou, documentos referentes às matrículas discentes e docentes, projeto político pedagógico, planejamentos e relatórios das atividades educacionais. Os resultados indicam que os alunos com deficiência são atendidos em escolas regulares e na APAE, evidenciando desigualdade de recursos e apoios recebidos. O número restrito de profissionais que atuam no Atendimento Educacional Especializado e na equipe pedagógica sinaliza dificuldades no acompanhamento de professores e repercute nas possibilidades de aprendizagem dos alunos.
