The Pedagogical Work of the Second Class Teacher of Special Education: a study of the influences in his professional course

Resumo: The area of special education is known for its constant fight over educational rights, inclusiveness and better quality of life for it’s public. Considering it as one of the responsibles for the integration of these individuals, this research aims to identify aspects that influence the classes’ assistant teacher when choosing their approach and methodology. The data search was conducted using the concept of “entrevista reflexiva”, by Szymanki (2011), in order to develop the methodologic aspects, taking into account it’s characteristics, three meetings with teachers were conducted, which provided the data for the analysis, which was done following the concept of Franco (2009). Thereby, a categorization was made in order to discuss the professional path and its influence on the teacher’s pedagogical point of view, using the historical cultural theory for the analysis. The gathered data leads to a teaching attitude marked by a biological history, which influences the teachers’ thought process, as well as their approach in class. This perspective ends up creating a lonely school environment, impacting on na unsupervised development of the classes’ assistant teacher, leading to several consequences to themselves, as well as the students.

Por lo tanto, siendo la escuela uno de los espacios privilegiados para la inclusión educativa de estos sujetos, esta investigación pretende identificar los aspectos que influyen en la elección de acciones y metodologías educativas por parte del segundo profesor de la clase. Para la construcción de datos, se utilizó la entrevista reflexiva de Szymanki (2011) como marco necesario para articular los aspectos metodológicos, teniendo en cuenta su carácter de construcción conjunta. Para ello, se realizaron tres reuniones con los profesores, y a partir de ellas se pudo construir el proceso de análisis de datos. El tratamiento de los datos se ancló en el análisis de contenido de Franco (2009), por lo que se realizó una separación en categorías, que tuvo como objetivo discutir las marcas al curso profesional y su influencia en el trabajo pedagógico de los profesores, la articulación teórica que se encuentra en la Teoría Histórico-Cultural, la base necesaria para un análisis crítico de lo que se propone. Los resultados obtenidos apuntan a un trabajo pedagógico cargado de marcas de un curso histórico caracterizado por perspectivas biológicas y organicistas, que influyen en el pensamiento, la estructuración y la gestión de las actividades. Esta perspectiva se encuentra con un entorno escolar solitario, un trabajo pedagógico que a menudo se realiza de forma no acompañada y aislada, trayendo consecuencias para el profesor de segunda clase y para el alumno objetivo de la educación especial.A área da educação especial é marcada por constantes lutas por direitos à educação, acessibilidade, e conquistas de qualidade de vida para o público-alvo da educação especial. Portanto, sendo o espaço escolar um dos privilegiados para a inclusão educacional desses sujeitos. Dessa forma, esta pesquisa objetiva identificar aspectos que influenciam a escolha de ações e metodologias educativas pelo segundo professor de turma. Para a construção dos dados  se utilizou a entrevista reflexiva de Szymanki (2011), arcabouço necessário para articular os aspectos metodológicos, levando em consideração seu caráter de construção em conjunto. Para tanto, houve três encontros com as docentes, sendo a partir deles, que foi possível a construção do processo de análise de dados. O tratamento dos dados ancorou-se na análise de conteúdo de Franco (2009), desta forma realizou-se uma separação em categorias, que visam a  discussão das marcas ao decurso profissional e a sua influência no trabalho pedagógico das docentes, a articulação teórica encontrou na Teoria Histórico-cultural o alicerce necessário para  uma análise crítica do que se propõe. Os resultados obtidos apontam para um trabalho  pedagógico carregado de marcas de um decurso histórico caracterizado por perspectivas biologicistas e organicistas, que influenciam o pensar, o estruturar e o manejar as atividades.
