Resumo: This paper presents the proposal to develop a mobile application to evaluate the accessibility of Learning Objects (LOs), applying Artificial Intelligence techniques, more specifically an Expert System (ES). The main objective was the development ofa prototype that will assess the accessibility of LOs in text format, initially in PDF and ePub formats, based on guidelines and recommendations that will be stored in the ES knowledge base. The methodology used in the development of the work will be the dissertation-project. As results, it is expected that the application can allow the registration of different LOs and define the level of accessibility of them.

El objetivo principal era el desarrollo deun prototipo para evaluar la accesibilidad de los OA en formato de texto, inicialmente en formatos DOCX y ePub, en base a las pautas y recomendaciones que se almacenan en la base de conocimiento de SE. La metodología utilizada en el desarrollo del trabajo fue el proyecto de disertación. Como resultado, la aplicación permite el registro de diferentes OA y genera un informe sobre ellos, indicando si se están cumpliendo o no las recomendaciones de accesibilidad.Este artigo apresenta o desenvolvimento de um aplicativo mobile para avaliar a acessibilidade de Objetos de Aprendizagem (OAs), aplicando técnicas de Inteligência Artificial, mais especificamente um Sistema Especialista (SE). O objetivo principal foi o desenvolvimento de um protótipo que avalia a acessibilidade de OAs no formato de texto, inicialmente nos formatos DOCX e ePub, com base em diretrizes e recomendações que são armazenadas na base de conhecimento do SE. A metodologia empregada no desenvolvimento do trabalho foi a dissertação-projeto.
