Resumo: | The purpose of this study is to analyze the point of view of education professionals who work with students with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), with regard to the challenges of education in regular education environment. For this we used the research based on historical dialectic materialism, with action research and case study involving a student with ASD and education professionals, namely: classroom teacher, teacher Educational Service Specialist, professional support school and educational coordinator. The data collection instruments used were observation, interview and reflective sessions for the construction of the Individualized Educational Plan (IEP). As apprehend results that professionals dealing with the student were in favor school inclusion, but faced numerous challenges in working in teaching toward student. Aiming to assist in the development of student learning was built IEP. This plan enabled the professionals to dialogue on the student and their education, thus expanding the vision of student potential, so it was possible to build attitudes and activities that would help in school inclusion. |

Para tanto utilizou-se a pesquisa fundamentada no materialismo histórico dialético, com a pesquisa ação e estudo de caso envolvendo um estudante com TEA e as profissionais de educação, a saber: professora de sala de aula, professora do Atendimento Educacional Especializado, profissional de apoio escolar e coordenadora pedagógica. Os instrumentos de coleta de dados utilizados foram a observação, entrevista e sessões reflexivas para a construção do Plano Educacional Individualizado (PEI). Como resultados apreendemos que as profissionais que lidavam com o estudante eram favoráveis a inclusão escolar, contudo enfrentavam inúmeros desafios em atuar na docência para com o estudante. Visando auxiliar no desenvolvimento da aprendizagem do estudante foi construído o PEI.
