Resumo: This work contains an analysis of the maximum bending moments in garage slabs subjected to the concentrated and distributed loads from the ABNT NBR 6120 (2019), with the use of the Rüsch tables and the SAP2000 software. This work presents a viability study for the Rüsch tables, which are commonly used for bridge slabs, when they are used for the calculation of the positive and negative maximum bending moments of garage slabs, since the calculation tables for efforts and deflections are very used, mainly by the academic community. For the use of the Rüsch tables in garage slabs, a lot of compatibilizations had to be done, as a result of the differences between the application areas of the vehicles used by Rüsch’s concentrated loads and the application areas of these loads from the ABNT NBR 6120 (2019), generating uneconomical slabs’ geometries. However, the study continued in order to contribute with the analysis of the maximum bending moments in garage slabs through the comparation between the Rüsch’s results and the software SAP2000’s results. Therefore, to compare the Rüsch’s results, which also had a specific calculation to consider the continuity between slabs, numerical modelings were made with the SAP2000 software, using the finite element method, considering slabs supported by beams with total torsional rigidity, slabs supported by beams with 15 % of the total torsional rigidity and slabs with fully rigid supports. It was noticed, then, that the majority of the Rüsch modelings had its results close to the results of the numerical modelings of slabs supported by beams with total torsional rigidity and of slabs with fully rigid supports. Also, the majority of the Rüsch modelings subjected to the concentrated loads had positive bending moments which were different between each other in square slabs. However, due to the uneconomic factor of the slabs’ dimensions, it was concluded that the Rüsch tables are not effective for the calculation of the maximum bending moments in garage slabs.

Por meio deste, apresenta-se um estudo da viabilidade das tabelas de Rüsch, muito utilizadas para lajes de pontes, quando aplicadas no cálculo dos momentos fletores máximos positivos e negativos em lajes de garagens, uma vez que as tabelas de cálculo de esforços e deslocamentos são muito utilizadas, principalmente no meio acadêmico. Para o uso das tabelas de Rüsch, em lajes de garagens, várias compatibilizações tiveram de ser feitas em consequência das diferenças entre as áreas de aplicação das cargas concentradas dos veículos utilizados por Rüsch e as áreas de aplicação destas cargas, da ABNT NBR 6120 (2019), gerando lajes com geometrias antieconômicas. No entanto, deu-se continuidade no estudo a fim de contribuir na análise dos momentos fletores máximos em lajes de garagens, através da comparação entre os resultados obtidos pelas tabelas de Rüsch com os resultados do programa SAP2000. Desse modo, para comparar os resultados de Rüsch, que utilizaram de um cálculo específico para simular a continuidade entre lajes, foram feitos modelos numéricos através do programa SAP2000, pelo método dos elementos finitos, considerando lajes apoiadas em vigas com total rigidez a torção, lajes apoiadas em vigas com 15 % da rigidez total à torção, e lajes com apoios infinitamente rígidos. Percebeu-se, então, que a maioria dos modelos de Rüsch aproximaram seus resultados aos dos modelos numéricos de lajes apoiadas em vigas com total rigidez à torção e de lajes com apoios infinitamente rígidos. Também, a maioria dos modelos de Rüsch submetidos as cargas concentradas obtiveram momentos fletores positivos diferentes entre si nas lajes quadradas.
