Resumo: This paper analyzes the possibilities of school inclusion and socialization of autistic children in the regular school environment, using as theoretical reference for psychoanalysis. Is not meant to point out methods that could be used as models in this process, not persuaded that the inclusion must reach all children. The motivation of this work is to show that the educational and social inclusion need not depend forever and only administrative measures to happen, even though this process of giving the special child the opportunity to be included in school and in society is linked to the legal and compliance with laws and declarations. To this end, we present, first, the constitution of the subject from the language and the interference of another primary. Based on major theoretical psychoanalysis, we show that this process occurs mainly by inclusion of children in a culture established by the language and the importance of this activity and investment in other vital construction of subjectivity. It is also necessary to present the infantile autism and its characteristics, from medical theories that act as discourse prevalent in education as well as the psychoanalytical study to finally have the possibility to include a child with autism based on the approach to these two aspects.

Não tem como objetivo apontar métodos que possam ser usados como modelo nesse processo, nem convencer de que a inclusão deva atingir a todas as crianças. A motivação deste trabalho é mostrar que a inclusão escolar e social não precisa depender sempre e somente de medidas administrativas para acontecer, ainda que este processo de dar à criança especial a oportunidade de estar incluída na escola e na sociedade se articule à questão jurídica e ao cumprimento de leis e declarações. Para tal, apresentaremos, primeiramente, a constituição do sujeito a partir da linguagem e da interferência do Outro primordial. Tomando como base teórica principal a psicanálise, mostraremos que este processo se dá essencialmente pela inserção da criança em uma cultura estabelecida pela linguagem e a importância da atuação e dos investimentos desse Outro primordial na construção da subjetividade.
