Resumo: | Octavio Paz, in O Arco e a Lira, states that “the poem reminds us of what we have forgotten: what we really are” (PAZ, 1982, p. 133). This statement goes through the most intrinsic part of Josefina Plá, a Spanish-Paraguayan poet, prose writer and playwright. By analyzing a more mature poetic phase, we hope to find aspects that confirm a language dedicated to the fragmentation of the self, which empties oneself when recognizing the absolute social anger, but which also sees another alternative: that of not remaining inert and not daring to forget oneself nor the other; “against the grain” history. |
