Resumo: ABSTRACT. In this text, we present the repercussions of continuing education: Escola da Terra, developed by the Center for Studies and Research in Rural Education of the Faculty of Education of the Federal University of Minas Gerais, FAE-UFMG, in partnership with the State Department of Education of Minas Gerais Gerais, Municipal Education Departments and the Ministry of Education (MEC). The program has already carried out four offers between 2015 and 2021. Such training is based on principles of Rural Education: considering the school as a right, alternating training as a pedagogical condition and the protagonism of subjects as central. Anchored in these principles, the training process is built, considering the educational needs of the territories, articulating them to specific methodological procedures, questioning them about the school and its subjects, in order to understand them in order to act and transform the practice. The results of the training course of the four offers of the program in Minas Gerais were achieved, both at the individual quantitative level, with more than five hundred Pedagogical Action Plans (PAPs), and at the collective level, considering changes in schools in different municipalities in the State of Minas Gerais.

Anclado en estos principios, se construye el proceso de formación, considerando las necesidades educativas de los territorios, articulándolas a procedimientos metodológicos específicos, interrogándolas sobre la escuela y sus sujetos, a fin de comprenderlos para actuar y transformar la práctica. Los resultados de lo camino formativo de las cuatro ofertas del programa en Minas fueran alcanzados, tanto a nivel cuantitativo individual, con más de 500 Planes de Acción Pedagógicas (PAPs) como en el plan colectivo, considerando cambios en las escuelas en diferentes municipios del Estado de Minas Gerais.  ABSTRACT. The results of the training course of the four offers of the program in Minas Gerais were achieved, both at the individual quantitative level, with more than five hundred Pedagogical Action Plans (PAPs), and at the collective level, considering changes in schools in different municipalities in the State of Minas Gerais.Neste texto, apresentamos as repercussões do curso de formação continuada Escola da Terra, desenvolvida pelo Núcleo de Estudos e Pesquisa em Educação do Campo da Faculdade de Educação da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, FAE-UFMG, em parceria com a Secretaria Estadual de Educação de Minas Gerais, Secretarias Municipais de Educação e o Ministério da Educação (MEC). O objetivo é elucidar as repercussões deste programa nos territórios em Minas Gerais, nos quais aconteceram formações de mais dois mil professores das redes municipais e estaduais de educação. O programa já realizou quatro ofertas entre os anos de 2015 e 2021. Tal formação está fundamentada em princípios da Educação do Campo: considerando como centrais a escola como direito, a formação em alternância como condição pedagógica e o protagonismo dos sujeitos. Ancorado nesses princípios, o processo formativo é construído, considerando as necessidades educacionais dos territórios, articulando-os aos procedimentos metodológicos específicos, interrogando-os sobre a escola e seus sujeitos, no sentido de compreendê-los para poder agir e transformar a prática. A metodologia nesta pesquisa partiu da análise dos relatórios e dos Planos de Ação Pedagógica de cada um dos percursos. Os resultados do programa em Minas Gerais foram alcançados, tanto no âmbito quantitativo individual, contando com mais de 2000 Planos de Ação Pedagógica (PAPs), como no plano coletivo, considerando mudanças nas escolas, ná prática docente e na relação com a comunidade em diferentes municípios do Estado de Minas Gerais.
