Resumo: ABSTRACT. This article sought to understand the social dialogue takes place between the world of work actors and the school institution and thus investigated whether the knowledge disseminated by the school, through the alternation methodology influenced the actions of the settlers as agents of development in the region. The research was developed from a qualitative approach with an empirical dimension guided by the search for answers. However, the course did not achieve complete success in implementing the alternation methodology for management problems, and so just to demonstrate aspects of a blended course.
