Rural Education and its specificities: a study of the Pedagogical Political Project of a Rural School in the municipality of Londrina-PR

Resumo: | ABSTRACT. Education gains importance in the constitution of society, influencing economic and power relations and, in the humanistic dimension, it contributes to the incorporation of ethical and sensitive principles, expanding a more inclusive and emancipatory worldview. However, respect for diversity is still a challenge and there is a need for school institutions whose projects operate in different perspectives, among them in the countryside. This article aims to present aspects of rural education, understanding its peculiarities and correlating them to the Pedagogical Political Project of a country school, unveiling what is established (or not) as the purpose of a rural pedagogical practice. The methodology is based on a qualitative analysis, with a bibliographic and documentary approach. The results show a conception of rural education that is attentive to the needs of the rural community and that the pedagogical project of the investigated College, in general, converges with this conception. It was concluded that school education in the countryside needs to ensure specificities in its pedagogical project, respecting practices typical of the daily life of these rural communities and, thus, carrying out a humanistic and emancipatory process of the subjects. |

Sin embargo, el respeto por la diversidad sigue siendo un desafío y existe la necesidad de instituciones escolares cuyos proyectos operen en diferentes perspectivas, entre ellas en el campo. Este artículo tiene como objetivo presentar aspectos de la educación rural, comprender sus peculiaridades y correlacionarlas con el Proyecto Político Pedagógico de una escuela de campo, revelando lo que se establece (o no) como el propósito de una práctica pedagógica rural. La metodología se basa en un análisis cualitativo, con un enfoque bibliográfico y documental. Los resultados muestran una concepción de la educación rural que está atenta a las necesidades de la comunidad rural y que el proyecto pedagógico del Colegio investigado, en general, converge con esta concepción. Se concluyó que la educación escolar en el campo necesita asegurar especificidades en su proyecto pedagógico, respetando las prácticas típicas de la vida cotidiana de estas comunidades rurales y, por lo tanto, llevando a cabo un proceso humanista y emancipatorio de los sujetos.ABSTRACT. No entanto, o respeito à diversidade ainda é um desafio e se faz necessário instituições escolares cujos projetos atuem em diferentes perspectivas, entre elas no ambiente do campo. Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar aspectos da educação do campo, compreendendo suas peculiaridades e correlacionando-os ao Projeto Político Pedagógico de uma escola do campo, desvelando o que se estabelece (ou não) como propósitos de uma prática pedagógica campesina. A metodologia ancora-se numa análise qualitativa, de abordagem bibliográfica e documental. Os resultados apresentam uma concepção de educação do campo atenta às necessidades da comunidade campesina e que o projeto pedagógico do Colégio investigado, de modo geral, converge com esta concepção.
