A look at the political and pedagogical school project

Resumo: The educational project of each school is a basic document to be drawn up jointly by all those who are part of the school activities, involving all segments and considering the role of each, valuing its importance. However, it is not always treated in this way, which led to the need to deepen this issue, to understand its importance and influence on education, in addition to its application in the school environment. For this, we sought to know the macro planning adopted by a public school in the state education system in Ceará, through the analysis of its Political and Pedagogical Project. From this analysis, it was possible to see that the Pedagogical Project, instead of being an instrument that guides the actions of the school, supporting educational and social practices and changes, is just a document made to comply with protocols.

Entretanto, nem sempre ele é tratado dessa forma, o que levou à necessidade de aprofundar essa questão, compreender sua importância e influência na educação, além de sua aplicação no âmbito escolar. Para isso, buscou-se conhecer o planejamento macro adotado por uma escola pública da rede estadual de ensino cearense, através da análise do seu Projeto Político e Pedagógico.
