Resumo: ABSTRACT. This text analyzes the artistic practices in the rural school, considering the presence of struggle and social transformation as a category in the pedagogical approach. We took as a basis a work that analyzed the movements of re-elaboration of the Social Representations of rural teachers, graduated of the Degree course in Rural Education of the Faculty of Education of the Federal University of Minas Gerais. To this end, we consider that artistic practices can be understood as forms of creation, fruition, and reflection of Art, elements that add the educational processes to the historicity and resistance present of the Movement of the struggle for Rural Education. We had a methodological approach to narrative interviews and observation of pedagogical practices. These elements allowed us to understand the pedagogical aspects of the struggle in teaching practices that carried the intentionality of transformative education.

Tomamos como base una investigación que analizó los movimientos de reelaboración de las Representaciones Sociales de los profesores en el campo, graduados del Curso de Grado en Educación de Campo de la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad Federal de Minas Gerais. Consideramos que las prácticas artísticas pueden ser entendidas como formas de creación, fructificación y reflexión del Arte, elementos que suman los procesos educativos a la historicidad y resistencia presentes del Movimiento de lucha por la Educación de Campo. El enfoque metodológico utilizó entrevistas narrativas y observación de prácticas pedagógicas, elementos que nos permitieron comprender la presencia de elementos pedagógicos de lucha en las prácticas de enseñanza que llevaron la intencionalidad de la educación transformadora. Tomou-se como base uma pesquisa que analisou os movimentos de reelaboração das Representações Sociais dos professores do campo, egressos do curso de Licenciatura em Educação do Campo da Faculdade de Educação da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. Para tal, consideramos que as práticas artísticas podem ser entendidas como formas de criação, fruição e reflexão da Arte, elementos que agregam os processos educativos, a historicidade e a resistência presentes no movimento de luta pela Educação do Campo. Tivemos como abordagens metodológicas entrevistas narrativas e observação de práticas pedagógicas, fatores que nos permitiram compreender a presença de elementos pedagógicos de luta em práticas docentes que carregavam a intencionalidade da educação transformadora.
