Accessibility and Information: the gap between technological development, laws and adaptations of the great Brazilian portais

Resumo: On July 6, 2015 the President Dilma Rousseff sanctioned the law establishing the status of Person with Disabilities. In order to ensure the rights of persons with disabilities and empowering for everyone, including with regard to access to information, communication and culture, the law seeks to correct the non-compliance with other accessibility laws, such as the decree of December 2 2004 which stated that it was necessary that large groups of communication sites should be accessible to everyone. Thus, based on studies of Corradi (2011) and Belarmino (2014) about communication and accessibility and on Lévy's concept of cyberculture, is made analysis of how some of Brazil's main news portals can not meet the informational gap, attitudinal and technological existing between the conditions of accessibility needed and what is available in the online context through the portals.

Con el fin de garantizar los derechos de las personas con discapacidad y el empoderamiento para todo el mundo, incluso en relación con el acceso a la información, la comunicación y la cultura, la ley busca corregir el incumplimiento de otras leyes de accesibilidad, como el decreto de 2 de diciembre 2004 ya condición de que grandes grupos de sitios de comunicación deben ser accesibles a todos. El análisis lo tanto, en base a estudios de Corradi (2011) y Belarmino (2014) sobre la comunicación y la accesibilidad, y el concepto de la cibercultura Lévy (1999), que está hecho de cómo algunos de los principales portales de noticias de Brasil no puede cumplir con el abismo informativo, actitudinal y tecnológica existente entre las condiciones de accesibilidad necesarias y lo que está disponible en el contexto en línea a través de los portales.No dia 6 de julho de 2015 a presidente Dilma Rousseff sancinou a lei que cria o Estatuto da Pessoa com Deficiência. Com o objetivo de assegurar os direitos das pessoas com deficiência e dar autonomia para todos, inclusive no que diz respeito ao acesso à informação, comunicação e cultura, a lei busca corrigir o descumprimento de outras leis de acessibilidade, como o decreto de 2 de dezembro de 2004, que já previa que sites de grandes grupos de comunicação deveriam ser acessíveis a todos.
