Resumo: This manuscript aims to reflect about the challenges and possibilities that arise in the field of health education in a context in which dialogue, a fundamental principle of popular education, becomes challenging due to a scenario of radicalized opinions, regression in public policies of formation and physical distance due to the pandemic. Throughout the text, we seek to present strategies and initiatives that have been consolidated in the context of Popular Health Education and formation field in the face of so many uncertainties.
