Resumo: This text is configured as a report of the experiences arising from the execution of the extension project “Integrated Formative Actions for Admission to Higher Education (Afin), developed in the city of Ituiutaba, State of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The general objective is to present the experiences of initial and continuing education carried out for and by the teachers of the Afin/Ituiutaba project in the year 2021. As a methodological procedure: final report for the year 2021 and in written materials (training project for the use of digital tools, production carried out by the teachers), among others. From the analysis, we understood that we are in the process of building unpublished viable when we involve and mobilize the interdisciplinary and collective training of teachers) in the possibility of overcoming the limit-situations that were once problematized and critically reflected, and that hindered the realization of a more humanized and emancipatory praxis.

O objetivo geral é apresentar as experiências de formação inicial e continuada realizadas para e pelos/as professoras/es do projeto Afin/Ituiutaba no ano de 2021. Como procedimento metodológico: relatório final do ano de 2021 e projeto de formação para uso de ferramentas digitais, produção realizada pelas/os professoras/es, dentre outros.
