Resumo: | This article analyzes three art works which explores blurs and erasures to elaborate the memory of the Brazilian civil-military dictatorship, understood as ways to referencing forgetfulness. Three works, that were part of the MemoriAntonia exhibition, curated by Márcio Seligmann-Silva and Diego Matos in 2021, are examined: Reconstituição, by Lais Myrrha; and Decreto and Pesquisa escolar, by Leila Danziger. Here, it is investigated how the productions subsidize the remembrance of the dictatorial period from a perspective that, permeated by discontinuities, points out both the power and the fragility of memory. It is perceived, therefore, that the art works also mark the need to reformulate what is (dis)remembered about the dictatorship, driven by a will to knowledge. |
