Resumo: The article aims to analyze the challenges and perspectives of the regulation of Novo FUNDEB, in PL no. 4372/2020 and PL no. 4519/2020; to present the main achievements foreseen by the Novo Fundeb policy contained in the current EC 108/2020 and identify the main difficulties and potentialities that have been emerging in the regulation of the law. The study has a qualitative approach, through documentary research of primary sources and central bibliographic references Carreira e Pinto (2007), Ximenes and Pinto (2019), Freitas (2020). The results inform that society needs to be vigilant to the regulatory process of the Novo Fundeb, which needs to be detailed in an agenda of struggles, in order to be able to materialize.

L’étude a une approche qualitative, à travers des recherches documentaires sur les sources primaires et les références bibliographiques centrales Carreira e Pinto (2007), Ximenes et Pinto (2019), Freitas (2020). Les résultats indiquent que la société doit être vigilante face au processus réglementaire du Novo Fundeb, qui doit être détaillé dans un agenda de luttes, afin de pouvoir se concrétiser.O artigo objetiva analisar os desafios e perspectivas da regulamentação do Novo Fundeb, nos PL nº 4372/2020 e PL nº 4519/2020; apresentar as principais conquistas contidas na atual EC 108/2020 e identificar as principais dificuldades e potencialidades que vêm emergindo na regulamentação da lei. O estudo tem abordagem qualitativa, por meio da pesquisa documental de fontes primárias e de referências bibliográficas centrais Carreira e Pinto (2007), Ximenes e Pinto (2019), Freitas (2020).
