EXPERIENCE OF INTEGRATIVE AND COMPLEMENTARY PRACTICES IN MENTAL HEALTH CARE IN BAHIA LANDS

Resumo: Objective: to analyze the experiences of integrative and complementary practices in health (PICS) as a care strategy for workers and mental health users in a municipality of Bahia. Method: used the theoretical framework of Good Practices in Community Mental Health by the method of Convergent Care Research. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with users and workers. The scenario of the study was in the metropolitan region of Salvador, in six health units, which offer integrative and complementary practices. Data were analyzed by thematic analysis technique. Results: were grouped in the thematic category: PICS as an experience of extended care in mental health. Conclusion: PICS enable the guarantee of comprehensive care, considering the complexity of people who fall ill and enable the expansion of the therapeutic offer respecting the individual desires of the subjects.

Méthode : le cadre théorique des Bonnes Pratiques en Santé Mentale Communautaire a été utilisé à travers la méthode Convergent Care Research. Des entretiens semi-directifs ont été menés auprès des usagers et des travailleurs. Le scénario d'étude s'est déroulé dans la région métropolitaine de Salvador, dans six unités de santé, qui offrent des pratiques intégratives et complémentaires. Les données ont été analysées à l'aide de la technique d'analyse thématique. Résultats : ils ont été regroupés dans la catégorie thématique : PICS comme expérience de soins élargie en santé mentale. Conclusion : Les CIP permettent de garantir une prise en charge globale, compte tenu de la complexité des personnes qui tombent malades et permettent l'élargissement de l'offre thérapeutique, dans le respect des désirs individuels des sujets.Objetivo: analisar as experiências das práticas integrativas e complementares em saúde (PICS) como estratégia de cuidado pelos trabalhadores e usuários de saúde mental num município baiano. Método: utilizou-se o referencial teórico de Boas Práticas em Saúde Mental Comunitária pelo método da Pesquisa Convergente Assistencial. Realizaram-se entrevistas semiestruturadas com usuários e trabalhadores. O cenário do estudo deu-se na região metropolitana de Salvador, em seis unidades de saúde, que ofertam práticas integrativas e complementares. Analisaram-se os dados pela técnica da análise temática. Resultados: foram agrupados na categoria temática: PICS como experiência de cuidado ampliado em saúde mental.
