Resumo: We discuss, in this text, the way the managers/the public municipal network of Uberlândia/MG understand the quality of education in schools and in the context of public school who run. This approach took place from research conducted with the managers/the school, through qualitative research. The axis of the research was the quality of education, founded on conceptions, attitudes and actions developed by/the managers/school in the context of the schools of early childhood education and elementary education from public municipal de ensino de Uberlândia/MG, in the year 2013.

Este enfoque se basó en la investigación llevada a cabo con los administradores escolares a través de la investigación cualitativa. El foco de la investigación fue la calidad de la educación, basada en las concepciones, actitudes y acciones desarrolladas por los administradores escolares en el contexto de jardines de infantes y escuelas primarias de la escuela pública municipal de Uberlândia / MG, en el año de 2013.Abordamos, neste texto, o modo como os/as gestores/as da rede pública municipal de Uberlândia/MG entendem a qualidade da educação nas unidades escolares e no contexto da escola pública que dirigem. Esta abordagem se deu a partir da investigação realizada com os/as gestores/as escolares, por meio de pesquisa qualitativa.
