The present study aims to analyze alternatives for the high incidence of cases related to the lack of good care and follow-up practices, as well as the lack of transparency and humanization of care, which was understood as a problem, through documentary analysis carried out at the ombudsman's office. at the UFU Hospital de Clínicas. The posture of the institution's public agents, despite being often naive and unpretentious, causes impacts on the system due mainly to carelessness in observing the fundamentals of the Systemic Constellation, which are: order, balance and belonging. Therefore, it was observed that the misrepresented self-perception of public agents causes positioning errors within the body, that is, they distort the existing order in the hierarchy and face the relationship between what is proper and what is of the other. According to the analysis, a large part of what was recorded as negative, as seen by the ombudsman's protesters, can be explained and corrected within the Systemic view.
