Resumo: | The objective of this work is to analyze the Electroencephalographic (EEG) signals of a comatose male patient, in order to observe the possible changes of the EEG, which he can present with the simple physical presence of an individual belonging to the technical team, responsible for the care of the same patient. The record of this patient was analyzed quantitatively using the quantifiers Percentage of Power Contribution (PCP), Coherence, Variation of Brain Power (VPC) and Median Frequency (FM), and also, statistical analyzes were performed using descriptive calculation, the non- Wilcoxon parametric analysis of the Signaled Post and the Percentage Variation (VAP) calculation. The results showed an increase in PCP in the temporal region of the brain, an increase in similarity between the right hemisphere and the left hemisphere in the Frontal region and an increase in FM in the frontal region for the brain rhythms Beta, Gamma and Super Gamma when the technique was inside the brain room. patient. In relation to the comparison test performed, the Theta rhythm for the PCP quantifier and the Gama and Super Gama rhythms for the Coherence quantifier, showed a greater number of electrode pairs with significant values (p-values <0.05). In the Percentage Variation, it is noted that the maximum variation in the results for the PCP did not exceed the 50% margin, and, for Coherence, this margin is much higher, being 80%. Therefore, it is possible to say that the presence of the technique inside the patient's room at the time of recording the EEG signals, caused changes in his signals, proving that what happens around the patient can interfere with his physiological responses. |

Universidade Federal de UberlândiaBrasilEngenharia BiomédicaDestro Filho, João Batistahttp://buscatextual.cnpq.br/buscatextual/visualizacv.do?id=K4799766Y6&tokenCaptchar=03AGdBq27xR_i6fXXIX51SEVdyXCTjwaV2TUGZfoANbhbuRnrtMLd6JkwSaHJETGakqqLJR_fChy8e7DQgS9ZDWTKrLpU7Kh-3Zip4AuPChpTaMF9Tw4IhRQkdF33bHfGfgyOtdl_sA9OmG5-DuFglEehXCrc5Bk-7AinEk6OC0RVOrqxb54V32e9QVptr-i-rEOu447YsIbMAgEcmBmEbqVi2j_Eyjo3WFKtCF_KZMA88QWCokhkEIltsJ2EO_6wwsgYgSEUDeXbPfOabQithaqk79oR-0AETURYYpsqg3gmKRZiJClsLmKBOaQmms3F-0fyH_tNKsF4PXdcqcTYcEiKQ8SDKc_rnFXTOycWxUIOF47_O3M95UX-buXXFpZ4S_X9GQQHfLt_WH3cqS502bIcoZSd2DOsGeAbyBlWthzHNN0xhtxEUwXH47qU5yl1ym41TeBkMVhpsOny_V2Nehrm4klH1bHqHWwNomura, Shigueohttp://buscatextual.cnpq.br/buscatextual/visualizacv.do?id=K4723707A0&tokenCaptchar=03AGdBq24__hiFzdis76i92SqmC12XWcNTtmcmLgLh0UnYnJA4frbQvWWsIRfpqXczjLbloDiQc16lFMnoGGgnzaETbBdTVhZo8wadhFg9ozXDQ9BY_L7lOAeX9aA9kyyVF4OLp3tfKp4ZBWok52N-gp1dWrgNoAWqKPVdHFTbOAgMD6aL83HiMG6i6KKNX74kBzkSC6goWSj2DUBAwtQVwlUyceT2yw5c2CS09GOpspM3m-A6kteT8cly58rnCQnvq6mKiAe2uCDBCjpwseCnnAv_e-XTPbH_qeAjuDzwW9-rBwGoA2_dnAuu4xUWa5ZvQ3clOHglNG-ZYhoTu9poxpAKpUKvDrmYtat2PNfuN9yau9O2AE5gWhgo-UkR9BsyjHqvK9ZnOXDXSVmubtiwynhBAV15L-OXlcQ6zMTAx9eUk9kCFCH84iZQDtRvgd1Zd57D48enCsV30uPInw9JWjPoTsjHCNjGYQRamos, Marina AbadiaRodrigues, Amanda Luiza2020-12-15T17:08:36Z2020-12-15T17:08:36Z2020-12-11info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesisapplication/pdfRODRIGUES, Amanda Luiza.
