This is a cartographic work about experiences in the research and extension project Por uma clínica-poética of the Universidade Federal de Uberlândia, looking at the existence of groupality in the creation, conduction and in the own happening of their meetings, understanding the processes generated as collective, dynamic and political. Thus, it aimed to analyze the functioning of group processes that are based on the relationships of the work team and on the relatioships between the participants during the preparation and execution of the procedures and as operations performed in the handling of poetic clinic. For that, it was used cartography as a method, bringing affections, memories and crossings of the researcher, team and participants, over the period of one year and a half, through reports and notes of what happened at each meeting. Throughout the text, descriptions have been made of how poetic clinics happen, are created and conducted, turning attention to the group relations engendered processes, together with analyzes supported by concepts of schizoanalysis. In this work, it was noticed that in the team's group processes there is an urgent need for openness to the analysis of homogeneities and heterogeneities that arise at all times and a direct communication about it, not promoting a depotentialization and immobilization of work on yourself within the group. Regarding the group processes of the participants, it was mapped that there is, on the part of the team and those involved, an interest in betting on the meeting, understanding that the forces have the potential to circulate within the group, since all window processing, even the most individualized, it is collective.
