Resumo: Brazil is the world's largest producer of sugarcane. The conventional way of planting the crop is through small pieces distributed over planting furrows, a technique that has evolved little over the years. The application of vegetable biostimulants is being applied in the conventional system aiming at the establishment and faster development of shoots. Studies with the initial development of pre-sprouted seedlings after transplanting in a definitive field are still scarce. In this sense, the objective of this work was to evaluate the initial development of pre-sprouted sugarcane seedlings treated with plant biostimulants in the definitive field. The work began on July 16, 2022, at the Experimental Farm of the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU) -Campus Glória, located in the municipality of Uberlândia on BR 050 - KM 78. The genotype RB 98 5476 was used. used was in randomized blocks, consisting of five treatments and four blocks, totaling 20 experimental plots. Each plot consisted of 4 rows of 12 plants in each row. The plots were 6 meters long and 4 meters wide, with 48 plants. The treatments were the application of biostimulants in the seedling phase, namely: Control (TEST), Stimulate (STIM), Phylgreen Gem (PHYL), Stimulate + Phylgreen Gemma (STIM PHYL), Stimulate + Phylgreen Gemma + Bioma Phos (STIM PHYL BIO). The treatments were applied to the mini cutlets by immersion, before being placed in the trays. Evaluations were carried out 5 months after transplanting, on November 20, 2022. The evaluations consisted of height, diameter, number of tillers, number of leaves, fresh mass and dry mass of shoots and roots. Biostimulants do not influence the initial development of pre-sprouted sugarcane seedlings in the definitive field.
