Custos no Agronegócio: um estudo bibliométrico dos trabalhos publicados em periódicos nacionais no período de 2011 a 2020

This paper covers the thematic of costs in agribusiness, knowing the growing development of this sector and the importance of cost management, this study aims to present and analyze the profile of scientific production, published in national journals, from 2011 to 2020. This is a descriptive, quali-quantitative study, through bibliometric and documentary research. The data collection occured in four periodics, generating a sample of 40 publications, which are analyzed with adaptations of researches by Rezende, Leal and Machado (2014) and de Moraes and Behr (2015). The results indicate that the number of publications has increased over time, and the year 2019 has greater representation, in which the Magazine RAMA presented the greatest contribution. Soybean stands out as the thematic area of agribusiness with the highest volume of publications. The educational institutions that confirmed their contributions, pointed out by the first author, were ESALQ-USP, UNICAMP, UNIOESTE and UFRGS, these had the same representation in the investigated sample and the Southeast region comprises the largest number of these institutions. As for the methodological characteristics applied in the publications, it highlights the absence of description of the scientific methods adopted, it was verified that most of the publications did not show their research classifications, their approaches, their methodological procedures and their forms of data collection. However, the most mentioned methodological attributes were descriptive research, qualitative approach, case study as a methodological procedure, and data collection through interviews, semi-structured interviews, semi-structured questionnaires and literature review.
