The present study aims to identify the attitude, behavior and knowledge in finance of beneficiaries of the Minha Casa Minha Vida Program in the city of Ituiutaba/MG. To achieve this objective, a quantitative research was carried out, through the application of a questionnaire adapted to the one constituted and applied by Potrich, Vieira and Kirch (2015). The sample (90% confidence level) was composed of 256 individuals benefiting from the Minha Casa Minha Vida Program, who answered the questionnaire made available on the SurveyMonkey digital platform. The survey results allowed us to verify that, in general, surveyed beneficiaries of the program do not have the habit of saving, and have financial attitudes and behaviors that are harmful to budget planning and effective management of personal finances. In addition, it was concluded that the majority of the beneficiaries of the Minha Casa Minha Vida Program do not have knowledge in terms of investments, and that those with a lower level of formal education and without occupation have lower financial knowledge than those with a higher level of education and employees.
