Resumo: This article explores transformations in international politics, focusing on the growing role of non-governmental actors, such as fandoms of musical groups, on the global stage. The study centers on BTS and its fandom, the Army, analyzing their political engagement during the COVID-19 crisis in Manaus. Employing the hypothetico-deductive method, the research investigates how fandoms have become influential in international politics, highlighting their involvement in the "Army Help Manaus" campaign. The article underscores the relevance of these communities as political and social agents, providing insights into their global impact on social and political issues.
