Estrutura de Capital no Brasil: uma revisão bibliométrica

The objective of this work is to analyze the profile of scientific publications on the capital structure theme in national journals evaluated by Qualis/CAPES. Therefore, a bibliometric study is carried out on a sample containing 47 articles published in journals with rating equal to or greater than B4 in Qualis/CAPES, during the period 2010 to 2020. The results show that 2016 was the most productive year, with 11 publications. The publication of articles was concentrated in journals rated A2 or B1. The authors preferred the publication in pairs; the most prolific author was 'Wilson Toshiro Nakamura', with 5 articles and the Universidade Regional de Blumenau (FURB) institution had the highest number of authors, with 15. The region with the highest number of authors was the Southeast, with 60. The analysis of the keywords indicated that the term “Capital Structure” was the most mentioned, with 30 occurrences. All articles followed a quantitative approach, and the most used research method was the documentary. The conclusion is that research on the subject is still being disseminated nationwide.
