Rearmonização criativa a partir do estilo de Toninho Horta

This work aimed to understand the striking characteristics of the chords and detrimental progressions by Toninho Horta, exceptional for most guitarists, Get together to organize a set of tools aimed at creative rearmonization in style of the composer. To identify the main characteristics of the chords, we performed analyzes harmonics and melodies of the songs “Beijo Partido”, “Igreja do Pilar” and “Those things all”. Based on the analysis, we identified the main factors that lead the guitarist to achieve the sound desired by several musicians around the world. From God principles, we set up a table that highlights the presence of such factors in the chosen choices. After this illustration, for better visualization, we chose two simple songs. One in the major key, “I threw the stick in the cat”; and another of a lower key, “If this street were mine ”, both folkloric and public domain. We rearmonished the two songs using the presence of the factors illustrated in the table, seeking to get as close as possible to the harmonic sound of Toninho Horta.
