Resumo: | This dissertation addresses the subject’s constitution, as stated in the post-Lacanian psychoanalytic theory, particularly through an instrument known as Clinical Risk Indicators in Child development (CDRI). This instrument was created based on the theory of the subject’s constitution. The clinical index was created to indicate some issues that may occur in the subject constitution’s process. At first, we researched some of the main theoretical concepts that are important to the instrument; from that point, it was possible to discuss some tensions between the index and it’s theory, specially after analyzing some responses from the index application. Three are the tensions: (1) the relation between the clinical method and the experimental one; (2) between the unconscious’ subject and subjectivity and (3) between the knowledge emerged from the clinical experience with children and the mental health field. Therefore, the main aim of this dissertation is to find traces of the unconscious’ subject whithin four papers by authors after them having used the instrument’s index. The hypothesis I pursue stands that this trace is only possible through the subject’s representation process, semi-spoken, half-truth, guiding the methodology and escaping from an ideal of completeness. In order to make the research possible, some theoretical notions were outlined, such as: detection of risks, early intervention, early childhood, growth, maturation, development and constitution of the subject. These notions were relevant to the development of the risk index and gained relevance in some academic works. Regarding the index of the subject’s constitution, this research powerfully considers: the assumption of the subject, the establishment of the setting, interchange between presence and absence and the paternal function. It was possible to realize, at the end, that even when the results cover the traces of the unconscious’ subject, it’s still possible to work with these traces in an open wide way. For the theoretical foundation, Jacques Lacan’s contributions were essential, as well as the ones from Julieta Jerusalinksy and Ângela Vorcaro. |
