Resumo: The objective of this work is to analyze the current brazilian picture of the ascendancy of the vegetarian food market and insert it in the same context in which this market takes place in the city of Uberlândia-MG. Thus, it is intended to create a link between the food demand of the inhabitants of the city and the possibility of connecting them with one another through a collaborative virtual platform called Multiplica. For this to be done, it will be carried out a bibliographical review on the existing studies on veganism and its relationships with the environment, vegetarian diet, collaborative economy (or shared economy) and Service Design as an instrument to respond to social innovations. Finally, a specific service based on the collaborative economy will be proposed for city dwellers who are interested in vegan food and who may be interested in sharing it with others from this same group.

Assim, pretende-se criar um elo entre a demanda alimentar dos habitantes da cidade e a possibilidade de conectá-los através de uma plataforma virtual colaborativa chamada Multiplica.
