The present work deals with telework and its effects on employment relationships, taking into account the lack of balance of constitutional provisions and principles inherent to workers, such as the right to disconnect, in the context of the pandemic. This modality of service provision emerged as the work regime in which it is possible to perform the service outside the employer's premises, using technologies, regulated in the Consolidation of Labor Laws, through the Labor Reform - Law No. 13.647/17 - in Chapter II -A, in its articles 75-A to 75-E. With the coronavirus pandemic, teleworking became the solution, in order to prevent the spread of the virus and, since then, remote work grows more and more, which makes a detailed analysis important. In this way, this work will deal with telework and the impacts generated in employment relationships and the right to disconnect, through a theoretical analysis, using the analytical method, based on bibliographic research and analysis of scientific articles on the subject.
