Resumo: This article aims to analyzing the Brazilian legal framework of consumption during the Covid-19 pandemic, when it comes to purchasing tour packages in general (airline, bus, train and ship tickets). It also glimpses the principles of law inscribed in the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, as well as the other solutions brought by this national legal system through the 14,034/2020 and 14,046/2020 Acts, special passed to regulate this matter. This article was developed through juridical doctrine and legal analyzes, studying interdisciplinarity between Consumer Law and Business Law in the context of the current pandemic. The research used the inductive method and literature search to compose this scientific article, resulting in rights and duties’ explanation of the contracting parties on the consumption framework. Finally, it verifies the modalities of travel and the boundaries imposed by the pandemic, providing guidance for the reader citizen.

Vislumbra-se os princípios insculpidos no Código de Defesa do Consumidor, bem como as soluções trazidas pelo ordenamento brasileiro, por meio das leis nº 14.034/2020 e nº 14.046/2020, aprovadas para regular a matéria. Foi desenvolvido por meio de análises doutrinárias, legislativas e atualizações normativas, trazendo interdisciplinaridade do direito do consumidor com o direito empresarial, no contexto da pandemia. O método de pesquisa utilizado foi o indutivo e o material bibliográfico.
