Globalization has changed the world scenario and the revolution caused by information and communication technologies (ICT’s) led to the advent of information society. These changes have altered life in society and the world of work, which undergoes transformations and creates new forms of work, such as teleworking.  The aim of this research is to understand how this "new world" and the young way of work have contributed to the precariousness of the tenuous guarantees won by the workers and, through a false veil of benefits, it is able to seduce a significant number of workers. It was used the deductive method, through a qualitative research, that is descriptive of the theoretical nature of bibliographic review. As a result, it was possible to perceive the duality character that involves the teleworkers in the exercise of this labor variant, wich is directed to the demands of capital, and it is capable of subjecting all class of workers to their thirst for added value, treating them only as merchandise.
