Resumo: Regarding the advancement of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and the changes that take place in society, new forms of flexibility in labor relations have spread. Among them, telework, in which the individual performs the activities working from home, maintaining the formal employment bond with the organization, stands out. In this regard, this article aims to investigate the viability of implementing telework public servers of the University Press of the Federal University of Paraíba (EDUFPB), from the analysis of the flow that begins with the receipt of the file sent by the author review. To the sending to the final print of the book, or to online publication, for ebooks. In this documentary research, the methodology used is qualitative in nature. The results allowed to identify the possibilities of telework implementation. In this context, telework is an option for those who perform functions linked directly to the use of technologies to develop their activities.

Entre ellos destaca el teletrabajo, en el que el individuo realiza las actividades en el hogar, manteniendo el vínculo laboral formal con la organización. En este sentido, este artículo pretende investigar la viabilidad de implementar el teletrabajo para los servidores de la Editorial Universitaria de la Universidad Federal de Paraíba (EDUFPB), desde el análisis del flujo que comienza con la recepción del archivo enviado por el autor para la revisión textual hasta el envío para la impresión final del libro, o hasta la publicación en línea, en el caso de los libros electrónicos. En esta investigación documental, la metodología utilizada es de carácter cualitativo. Los resultados permitieron identificar las posibilidades de implementación del teletrabajo. En este contexto, el teletrabajo es una opción para aquellos que realizan funciones directamente vinculadas al uso de tecnologías para desarrollar sus actividades.Com o avanço das Tecnologias de Informação e de Comunicação (TIC) e as mudanças que acompanham a sociedade, novas formas de flexibilização das relações de trabalho têm se disseminado. Entre elas, destaca-se o teletrabalho, em que o indivíduo executa as atividades no home office, mantendo o vínculo de emprego formal com a organização. Neste sentido, este artigo tem como objetivo investigar a viabilidade da implantação do teletrabalho para os servidores da Editora Universitária da Universidade Federal da Paraíba (EDUFPB), a partir da análise do fluxo que inicia com o recebimento do arquivo enviado pelo autor para a revisão textual até o envio para a impressão final do livro, ou até a publicação on-line, isto no caso dos e-books. Nesta pesquisa documental, a metodologia utilizada é de natureza qualitativa. Os resultados permitiram identificar as possibilidades de implantação do teletrabalho.
