Resumo: The objective of the project was to advise individual entrepreneurs, informal workers, self-employed, unemployed who were in doubt when requesting the emergency aid instituted by Law 13,982 / 2020. The project was developed using a digital whatsapp tool, whose objective was to maintain social distance to meet the recommendations established by the Federal, State and Municipal Government. A folder was prepared to publicize the calls, containing phone numbers and the names of the people who would provide the call. 254 people were served in a period of 40 days. The beneficiaries made the calls to the numbers available in the folder and presented their doubts. The main results of the service were clarifications on doubts of all kinds, such as assistance in filling out the registration form; assistance in accessing the “Caixa Tem” application; benefit request; assistance in creating the digital account

El proyecto se desarrolló utilizando una herramienta de whatsapp digital, cuyo objetivo fue mantener la distancia social para cumplir con las recomendaciones establecidas por el Gobierno Federal, Estatal y Municipal. Se creó una carpeta para dar a conocer las llamadas, que contiene los números de teléfono y los nombres de las personas que llamarían. Se atendió a 254 personas en un período de 40 días. Los beneficiarios realizaron las llamadas a los números disponibles en la carpeta y presentaron sus dudas. Los principales resultados del servicio fueron aclaraciones sobre dudas de todo tipo, como asistencia en la cumplimentación del formulario de registro; asistencia en el acceso a la aplicación “Caixa Tem”; solicitud de beneficios; asistencia en la creación de la cuenta digitalO objetivo do projeto foi assessorar os empreendedores individuais, trabalhadores informais, autônomos, desempregado que estavam com dúvidas na solicitação do auxílio emergencial instituído pela Lei 13.982/2020. O projeto foi desenvolvimento por meio de ferramenta digital whatsapp, cujo objetivo era manter o distanciamento social para atender as recomendações estabelecidas pelo Governo Federal, Estadual e Municipal. Foi elaborado um folder para divulgação dos atendimentos, nele continham os números dos telefones e o nome das pessoas que fariam o atendimento. Foram atendidas 254 pessoas em um período de 40 dias. Os beneficiários faziam as ligações para os números disponíveis no folder e apresentavam as dúvidas.
