Resumo: Adolescence is marked by a complex process of growth and development in which several biopsychosocial changes stand out. Faced with these transformations, the development of sexuality is closely linked to the integral development of the individual. In this context, through a situational diagnosis conducted by medical students at the University , the gap in knowledge about sexuality among adolescents from a state school was noted. The present study aims to prove this educational deficiency. To this end, the students carried out educational and interactive activities for evaluation. The results prove that, despite some correct knowledge, there are many myths and untruths that need to be dispelled among the adolescents, in order to bring about greater body and sexual awareness. It is concluded, then, the need for effective and educational interventions for adolescents.

Frente a estas transformaciones, el desarrollo de la sexualidad está estrechamente ligado al desarrollo integral del individuo. En este contexto, a través de un diagnóstico situacional realizado por estudiantes de medicina de la Universidad, se constató el vacío de conocimientos sobre sexualidad de los adolescentes de una escuela estatal. El presente estudio pretende demostrar esta deficiencia educativa. Para ello, los alumnos realizaron actividades educativas e interactivas para su evaluación. Los resultados demuestran que, a pesar de ciertos conocimientos correctos, hay muchos mitos y falsedades que es necesario disipar entre los adolescentes, para lograr una mayor conciencia corporal y sexual. Se concluye, pues, la necesidad de intervenciones eficaces y educativas para los adolescentes.A adolescência é marcada por um complexo processo de crescimento e desenvolvimento em que se destacam diversas mudanças biopsicossociais. Frente a estas transformações, o desenvolvimento da sexualidade está intimamente ligado ao desenvolvimento integral do indivíduo. Nesse contexto, através de um diagnóstico situacional realizado por discentes de Medicina da Universidade, notou-se a defasagem no conhecimento em sexualidade dos adolescentes de uma escola estadual. O presente estudo objetiva comprovar essa deficiência educacional. Para tal, os discentes realizaram atividades educativas e interativas para avaliação. Os resultados comprovam que, apesar de certos conhecimentos corretos, há muitos mitos e inverdades que precisam ser desfeitos entre os adolescentes, a fim de trazer maior consciência corporal e sexual.
