Dessa forma, procura discutir os vários argumentos que podem surgir em torno da questão, inclusive de natureza constitucional e histórica. Portanto, trata-se da tutela jurisdicional brasileira à dignidade sexual de crianças e adolescentes tendo o Código Penal Brasileiro e o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente como principais objetos de estudo.This article addresses the issue of guarantees given by Brazilian law to the sexual dignity of children and adolescents, and intends to demonstrate that they are subject to rights and duties. Thus, discusses the various arguments that can arise around the issue, including those of constitutional and historical nature.
