Resumo: This paper approaches the Brazilian teacher training plan (PARFOR), in what refers to initialtraining courses. It studies the plan, attempting to describe and analyze its implantation andimplementation in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul. The main sources for this study are theofficial national-level documents, information from the website that manages theregistration and selection process of the PARFOR – the Plataforma Freire, and informationshared by the institutions involved in the plan and by the permanent Forum of support toteacher training of the state of Mato Grosso do Sul.

Propone un análisisdel referido plan y busca describir y estudiar su implantación e implementación en elestado de Mato Grosso do Sul teniendo como base principal los documentos oficialesde ámbito nacional, las informaciones del sitio electrónico que gestiona el proceso deinscripción y selección al PARFOR – Plataforma Freire, los datos disponibles por lasinstituciones involucradas en el plan así como también el Foro Permanente de Apoyoa la Formación Docente en Mato Grosso do Sul.O presente texto tem como objeto o Plano Nacional de Formação de Professores (PARFOR), no que diz respeito aos cursos de formação inicial.
