Resumo: The article addresses the experience of the Zero Eviction Campaign, an initiative developed in Brazil in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic to halt collective evictions from informal urban and rural occupations. Exploring the multiple strategies employed by the campaign, we demonstrate how this broad network achieved unprecedented legal and political victories, thus providing elements for thinking the making of law alongside the production of space, following the steps of Milton Santos' radical geography. We detail the legal theses that make up the legal grammar of the Campaign and how they reverberated in the Legislative and Judiciary Branches, making subjects, territories, and resistances visible. Thus, we seek to draw lessons that contribute to the struggles for the realization of democracy, interlinking citizenship, territory and social rights.

Thus, we seek to draw lessons that contribute to the struggles for the realization of democracy, interlinking citizenship, territory and social rights.
