A decade against labor: juridical debates on the challenges posed to the workers' movement (2012-2022)

Resumo: The purpose of this article is to highlight the attacks on social rights and on the responses printed by workers in the last decade, marked, among other things, by the construction of the Institito de Pesquisa, Direitos e Movimentos Sociais-IPDMS. Considering the already existing critical bibliographic production on a myriad of subjects that emerged in the period, the text chooses as themes to approach the dilemmas and challenges of the union struggle, the effects of moral harassment at work under neoliberalism and, aiming to articulate these reflections from a concrete aspect, the debate on non-payment of salary due to strike on public services, according to the judgment of RE 693.456-RJ, by the Brazilian Supreme Court.

O presente artigo tem por intento lançar luzes no processo de ataques aos direitos sociais e às respostas impressas pelos trabalhadores e trabalhadoras na última década, marcada dentre outras coisas pela construção do Instituto de Pesquisa, Direitos e Movimentos Sociais-IPDMS. Considerando a já existente produção bibliográfica crítica sobre uma miríade de assuntos que despontaram no período, o texto elege como temas para abordagem os dilemas e desafios da luta sindical, os efeitos do assédio moral no trabalho sob desenho neoliberal e, visando articular estas reflexões desde uma redução a concreto, o debate sobre o corte de ponto de servidores públicos grevistas a partir do julgamento do RE 693.456-RJ, pelo STF.
