Resumo: The article portrays the history of the struggles of landless rural workers who, after several evictions and the criminalization of some of their militants, formed the camp Leonir Orbhak, in the municipality of Santa Helena de Goiás-GO. In order to analyze the relationship between the AJP and the community organized in the MST, the article highlights the pedagogical role assumed by the NAJUP Josiane Evangelista in the collective construction of the struggle for land, in the mobilization of human rights as generative themes, in the construction of tools for popular education to better understand the oppressors and their strategies, in addition to promoting a translation from legal language to popular language of complex legal issues that involve the struggle for land in that context.
