Resumo: The present text proposes the translation from Portuguese into Spanish of the short story “Senhor Diretor” by the Brazilian writer Lygia Fagundes Telles, published for the first time in the book Seminário dos ratos (1977). The main objective of the translation is helping with the diffusion of the author's short stories in Hispanic America, because despite their great relevance and wide literary recognition, there are no translations of these into Spanish.

El objetivo principal de la traducción es contribuir a la difusión de la obra cuentística de la autora en Hispanoamérica, dado que, a pesar de su grande relevancia y amplio reconocimiento literario, no se cuenta con traducciones de esta al español.   [i] Original en portugués. L'objectif principal de la traduction est d'aider à la diffusion des histoires de l'auteur en Amérique hispanique, car malgré sa grande pertinence et sa large reconnaissance littéraire, il n'y a pas de traductions en espagnol.O presente texto propõe a tradução do português ao espanhol do conto “Senhor Diretor” da escritora brasileira Lygia Fagundes Telles, publicado pela primeira vez no livro Seminário dos ratos (1977).
