This paper examines the relation between intersectionality and Law, so that in addition to making visible the demands concerning the most vulnerable social groups, this relationship permeates time and technique, also making visible the construction of the future as a struggle in the field of possibilities associated with awareness of the possible. The objective of this paper is to expose the intersectional function in preventing and updating the essence of the technique of law. Employing this function in the context of the instrumentality of law, because besides the technical task there is a foresight about possibilities. We employ the bibliographic research methodology, therefore, the theoretical foundation was subsidized by specialized literature. Thus, as theoretical support we utilized the Heideggerian concept of essence of the technique, the immunological conception present in Peter Sloterdijk's philosophical system and we defined intersectionality as an opposition to the institutionalized narrative. We conclude that it is possible to use the concept of intersectionality when correlated to the essence of the technique of Law.
