 This article aimed to review experiences in the area of ”‹”‹public health management, with emphasis on changing paradigms of public organizational culture from work management and the insertion of social organizations within the Health Public System (HPS). Scientific studies showed that despite reports of successful management experiences, there are still many questions and doubts regarding the implementation of the health management outsourcing model. The transition to the model needs to be supported by a careful feasibility study and the results must be closely monitored to ensure transparency and fairness in the use of public resources. Some studies point to the need for public management to modernize and introduce administrative knowledge and innovations that add quality and efficiency and, above all, guarantee the continuity of the HPS not only as a system, but as a social benefit.
