MANAGEMENT OF NURSING PERSONNEL IN TEACHING HOSPITALS: INTEGRATION REVIEW

Resumo: | The purpose of this article is to prospect the actions of personnel management developed by nurses in Brazilian teaching hospitals, based on research articles published in the 2007-2016 period in the LILACS database. It is a integrative review of the literature, based on the Ganong steps, with analysis guided by Minayo's operational proposal, conducted in Atlas TI software. The period elected was first understood between 2007 and 2014, after which an update of the review was carried out, which included the years 2015 and 2016. Nine articles constitute the sample. From the analysis process, three categories emerged: leadership actions of the nurse manager of people in teaching hospitals; continuing education actions in teaching hospitals; dimensioning in the management of nursing personnel in teaching hospitals. Demonstrating that nursing staff management in teaching hospitals involves leadership, people sizing, training and team development, and planning. In this way, nursing performs actions of people management in organizations, however, there are actions that do not make up the nurse's work process or are not totally under their governance. Descriptors: Nursing; People Management; Teaching Hospitals.El propósito de este artículo es prospectar las acciones de gestión de personal desarrolladas por enfermeros en hospitales de enseñanza brasileños, a partir de artículos de investigación publicados en el período 2007-2016 en la base de datos LILACS. Se trata de una revisión integrativa de la literatura, basada en las etapas de Ganong, con análisis guiado por la propuesta operativa de Minayo, conducida en el software Atlas TI. El período elegido fue comprendido, primero, entre 2007 y 2014, posteriormente, se realizó una actualización de la revisión, donde fueron incluidos los años de 2015 y 2016. Nueve artículos constituyen la muestra. Del proceso de análisis, surgieron tres categorías: acciones de liderazgo del enfermero gestor de personas en hospitales de enseñanza; acciones de educación permanente en hospitales de enseñanza; el dimensionamiento en la gestión de personal de enfermería en hospitales de enseñanza. Demostrando que la gestión de personal de enfermería en hospitales de enseñanza implica liderazgo, dimensionamiento de personas, entrenamiento y desarrollo del equipo, y planificación. De esta forma la enfermería realiza acciones de gestión de personas en las organizaciones, sin embargo, hay acciones que no componen el proceso de trabajo del enfermero o no están totalmente bajo su gobernabilidad.A finalidade deste artigo é conhecer as ações de gestão de pessoal de enfermagem desenvolvidas por enfermeiros em hospitais de ensino brasileiros, a partir de artigos de pesquisa publicados no período 2007-2016 na base de dados LILACS. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, baseada nas etapas de Ganong, com análise guiada pela proposta operativa de Minayo, conduzida no software Atlas TI. O período eleito foi compreendido, primeiramente, entre 2007 e 2014, posteriormente, foi realizada uma atualização da revisão, onde foram incluídos os anos de 2015 e 2016. Nove artigos constituem a amostra. Do processo de análise, emergiram três categorias: ações de liderança do enfermeiro gestor de pessoas em hospitais de ensino; ações de educação permanente em hospitais de ensino; dimensionamento na gestão de pessoal de enfermagem em hospitais de ensino. Demostrando que a gestão de pessoal de enfermagem em hospitais de ensino envolve liderança, dimensionamento de pessoas, treinamento e desenvolvimento da equipe, e planejamento.
