Por um território terrestre da reserva extrativista marinha do Corumbau: o caso de Caraíva

This article, as a result of the Extension and Continuous Action Project (PEAC) of the group "Perífericos, trabalhos emergentes" FAU/UnB in partnership with UFSB, aims to present sustainable solutions to the problems in the traditional communities of RESEX Marinha do Corumbau, taking as a case study the Vila de Caraíva, in the extreme south of Bahia. These communities have been suffering from the absence of the terrestrial territory included in the Management Plan of the reserve - which includes only the coastal maritime part of these communities, facilitating the process of gentrification and the loss of the local culture and identity. These solutions were obtained through a participatory process with the community, through a semi-structured interview, where the main problems of the community, the local identity, the existing knowledge and the spatial patterns present in the Vila de Caraíva were identified. according to the dimensions of social, cultural and emotional, economic and environmental sustainability. In addition to the methods and procedures for the application of the principles of sustainability used to solve the problem, this article has as final’s product a primer that presents to the residents of the region possible scenarios of sustainable rehabilitation, architectural and urban, in a didactic, direct that can be reproduced in the future by the community itself.
