About getting lost in the city to learn and teach history

Resumo: Teaching and learning history through life stories and through the spatiality lived and practiced by students of a small public school in the Plano Piloto of Brasília is the proposal presented here. This experience developed in 2021 in the context of the corona virus pandemic developed the knowledge of the subjects involved, resized the school and local history, in addition to producing material published on social networks in video format and the school's Pedagogical Political Project. We resorted to testimonies from former students and teachers, newspaper reports and official government documentation for the dialogue, which allowed an attentive reflection on the method of oral history, in careful contact with the various sources of research in their multiple dimensions. And with these guidelines, we invite everyone to find school’s histories and to get lost along the city's paths.

Esta experiencia desarrollada en 2021 en el contexto de la pandemia del corona virus desarrolló los conocimientos de las materias involucradas, redimensionó la escuela y la historia local, además de producir material publicado en redes sociales en formato de video y el Proyecto Político Pedagógico de la escuela. Para el diálogo recurrimos a testimonios de exalumnos y docentes, reportajes periodísticos y documentación oficial del gobierno, lo que permitió una atenta reflexión sobre el método de la historia oral, en cuidadoso contacto con las diversas fuentes de investigación en sus múltiples dimensiones. Y con estas pautas, invitamos a todos a encontrar historias escolares e a perderse por los caminos de la ciudad.Ensinar e aprender história através de histórias de vida e pela espacialidade vivida e praticada por alunas e alunos de uma pequena escola pública do Plano Piloto de Brasília é a proposta aqui apresentada. Essa experiência construída em 2021 no contexto da pandemia do corona vírus desenvolveu saberes dos sujeitos envolvidos, redimensionou a história escolar e local, além de produzir material publicado em redes sociais em formato de vídeos e o Projeto Político Pedagógico da escola. Recorremos a depoimentos de antigas alunas e professoras, reportagens de jornais e documentação oficial do governo para o diálogo, o que permitiu uma reflexão atenta ao método da história oral, ao contato cuidadoso com as diversas fontes de pesquisa em suas múltiplas dimensões.
