A avaliação deu-se principalmente pela revisão bibliográfica sobre a criação do Ministério da Defesa e da atuação dos parlamentares sobre a temática, além do uso de entrevistas de assessores parlamentares militares e do coordenador da Frente Parlamentar Mista da Defesa Nacional. The evaluation was donemainly by reviewing the bibliography on the creation of the Brazilian Ministry of Defense and the performance of parliamentarians on the subject, interviews with militaries parliamentary advisors and the coordinator of the FrenteParlamentarMista da DefesaNacional.
