Para tal fim, foi elaborado um plano de negócios que aborda os ambientes interno e externo, sendo o primeiro ambiente, focado em descrever as necessidades de toda as dimensões do recursos humanos, financeiro, comercial e logístico. No que tange ao ambiente externo, foi pesquisado os ambientes político/legal, macroeconômico e tecnológico. Foram utilizadas ferramentas de gestão administrativas para o entedimento das fraquesas e ameaças, assim como as forças e oportunidades. Na área financeira, foi elaborado uma análise de viabilidade através da ferramentas de construções de cenários, estas, o valor presente líquido (VPL), taxa interna de retorno (TIR) e o payback, estes três, por configurarem uma maneira de fazer uma projeção comercial e de custos para o negócio. O plano foi desenvolvido tendo por base, a maneira sugerida pelo SEBRAE. Mas não em todos os passos, visto que, para cada segmento de mercado, deve ocorrer adaptações ou até mesmo alterações como supressão ou adicionamento de tópicos, pela maleabilidade que um plano deve ter. A business plan was elaborated that addresses the internal and external environments, being the first environment, focused on describing the needs of all dimensions of human, financial, commercial and logistical resources. Regarding the external environment, the political / legal, macroeconomic and technological environments were researched. Administrative management tools were used to understand the weaknesses and threats, as well as the strengths and opportunities. In the financial area, a feasibility analysis was elaborated using the scenario building tools, the liquid present value (VPL), internal rate of return (IRR) and payback, these, for setting up a way to make a commercial projection and costs for the business. The plan was developed based on the manner suggested by SEBRAE. But not at all steps, since, for each market segment, there must be adaptations or even changes such as deletion or addition of topics, due to the malleability that a plan must have. After the development of the research, it was noticed by the analysis of the collected data that the enterprise is feasible and possible to be put into practice.
