Sendo os objetivos desse trabalho: avaliar e investigar o papel do professor para o melhor aproveitamento dessas atividades, perceber o significado na aprendizagem dos alunos que praticam essas atividades e o que elas trazem de valor no campo de suas diversas dimensões, qual o papel da escola em tempo integral e quais as melhorias na aprendizagem elas trazem para os alunos, deixando, assim, uma carga valiosa de aprendizado para o seu futuro acadêmico e profissional. Para o embasamento teórico, utilizei diversos artigos e monografias acerca do tema baseado nos autores: (1) Gonçalves(2006),(2) Cavaliere (2002), (3) Machado (2009) e Gomes (2008), abordando mais os assuntos restritos as atividades e diversos conceitos sobre a educação integral e de tempo integral, estudos e pesquisas acerca da opinião de professores de alunos em obras encontradas também serviram de embasamento teórico para essa pesquisa. Para o levantamento de dados, foram utilizadas entrevista, questionário, e grupo focal respectivamente com a coordenadora pedagógica, professores das atividades complementares e alunos de quarto e quinto anos, em uma escola privada de educação integral. Os resultados obtidos na pesquisa de cunho qualitativo foram realizados com base nas respostas dos colaboradores, isso com foco em suas concepções sobre cada questionamento levantado, e em conjunto com o referencial estudado na pesquisa, pode-se perceber que é clara a importância de tais atividades para o desenvolvimento do aluno, e que o aprendizado torna-se mais significativo, onde estes podem aprender mais e com maior qualidade. ______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTThis paper brings up the topic of Integral Education, focused on complementary activities that are offered after-hours classes, and what these activities bring significant character in the student development matters in early grades (more specifically the fourth and fifth year) which are present full time at school. Since the objectives of this work: to evaluate and investigate the role of teacher for the best use of these activities, realize the significance in the learning of students who practice these activities, and what they bring value in the field of its various dimensions, the role of school full time, and what improvements they bring in learning for students, thus leaving a valuable cargo of learning for their academic and professional future. For the theoretical basis used several articles and monographs on the subject (1) Gonçalves(2006),(2) Cavaliere (2002), (3) Machado (2009) and Gomes (2008), addressing more issues restricted the activities and various concepts of comprehensive education and full-time studies and research on the opinion of students of teachers in works also found served as theoretical basis for this research. For data collection, we used interviews, questionnaires and focus group respectively with the educational coordinator, teachers of complementary activities and students of fourth and fifth years in a private day school education.
